近期在Instagram上發現到布丁似乎是北市咖啡店的最新流行 午餐在附近的We里用餐 吃飯的時候就打定主意待會要來吃甜點 很幸運的剛好有座位品項也很齊全 兩個人點了三份甜點一壺茶 非常心滿意足的為2017畫下美好的句點
珍珠糖粒小泡芙/8顆 $50 必點!
傳統無灌餡
點餐的時候有點猶豫 因為曾經在紐約名店吃到又乾又沒味道的小泡芙 心裡有點陰影 彼儂的小泡芙超級美味 應該是說出乎意料的美味 是這次最喜歡的品項 沒有灌餡更吃得出泡芙本身的口感 口感酥鬆卻不會讓人覺得口乾 奶油的香氣很突出 珍珠糖粒的甜味剛剛好 有人說像是義美小泡芙 那也太看得起義美小泡芙了吧 八顆50元我認為很超值
經典香草焦糖布丁 $130
焦糖烤布丁大溪地香草莢水果蘭姆酒鮮奶油
強調濃郁感的布丁 感覺得到用料很有誠意 熱量什麼的就先不要想了 哈哈 焦糖有畫龍點睛的效果 為布丁增添層次(其實就是解膩的意思) 配上鮮奶油口感更滑順 全部一起吃下去的對了 水果的部分好像每桌都不太一樣 我拿到的是柑橘類 酸酸的很開胃 可以繼續吃下一道
鄉村蘋果塔 $130
酥頂焦糖蘋果杏仁奶油肉桂酸奶鮮奶油
身為一個看到蘋果派就要點的人 上桌才發現這是蘋果塔不是蘋果派呀! 但沒關係 只要是蘋果我都喜歡 糖煮蘋果的調味我喜歡 肉桂味很足 同行友人對肉桂接受度不高 也是默默地吃了不少 可蘋果本身酸度不夠 可惜了一點
熱泡日月潭紅玉紅茶/壺 $120
吃甜點一定要點飲料來配 如果不是在咖啡專門店我覺得點茶類會安全一點 但這個紅玉超香! 這是泡好在上桌的 所以不能回沖 兩個人三個點心配一壺我覺得蠻夠喝

Must get the chouquettes!
Recently on Instagram, Flan seems to be a major trend through cafes in Taipei. Binôme Dessert is one of the places gets lots of complement. Though their signature is the flan, my favorite is the chouquettes.
Chouquettes / 8 pieces NT$50 Strongly recommend!
I once had dry and scratchy chouquettes in New York, so I am specious about these cuties. The price is lower than my exception, NT$50 for 8 pieces, such a bargain. It turns out these are the most fantastic choux pastry I ever had. It is buttery, flaky yet hold its shape. The texture inside is mildly hydrated, not deadly dry. Some people compare Binôme Dessert’s chouquettes to I-Mei Puff. OMG, they are terribly wrong! The pearl sugar on top isn’t just for decoration, but it adds a lit bit crunchiness and sweetness to the chouquettes. However, there is no filling inside so it is best to complement with tea which smells heavenly.
Signature Vanilla Flan NT$130
(Caramel baked flan, Tahitian vanilla, fresh fruit, whipped cream with rum)
Let’s forget about calories! This flan is so rich and creamy. The texture is slightly on the firm side. Perfect with the whipped cream. The caramel is delicious, and the amount is generous. Size wise, the portion is satisfying. The fresh fruit acts like palette cleansers so you could finish the whole plate.
Country Apple Tart NT$130
(Crumble top, caramel apple, almond butter, cinnamon, creme fraiche)
I have a thing with apple pie; then I realize it’s apple tart, not pie. But it’s all good; I love apple filing anyways. Though the apple is less tart to my liking, the flavor is pleasant and balanced. My friend doesn’t like cinnamon at all, but he finished the tart. So if cinnamon is not your thing, but you’d like to go on an adventure, go ahead.
Ruby Black Tea from Sun Moon Lake NT$120/pot
This black tea smells heavenly! The aroma is so delightful. It is ready to drink, so I guess no refill(?) Good to complement with 3 plates of dessert and 2 people.
